All sessions are documented and can later be analyzed using intuitive graph charts. To streamline the viewing experience, the app retains only sessions exceeding two minutes; transient checks of heart rate are not recorded in the history log.

The application employs color-coded visual cues during workouts:

 <li>Light green: Fitness Zone (50 to 60% of maximum heart rate); ideal for cardiovascular training.</li>
 <li>Green: Fat Burning and Aerobic Zone (60 to 80% of maximum heart rate); promotes endurance through metabolic efficiency.</li>
 <li>Yellow: Anaerobic Zone (80 to 90% of maximum heart rate); effective for muscle development and enhanced athletic performance.</li>
 <li>Red: Near maximum heart rate (over 90%); this zone poses risks and should be approached with caution, typically under professional supervision during competitive training.</li>
